Nazrul Islam, one of the Directors of the Company has expressed his intention to transfer 4,21,258 shares out of his total holding of 7,68,578 shares of the Company to his sons A H M Abdullah (1,24,805 shares) and Md. Mahmudul Hasan (2,96,453 shares) respectively both are Directors of the Company, by way of gift outside trading system of the Exchange within 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE.
