WATACHEM Corporate Disclosure — 8 May 2022

(Continuation news of WATACHEM): of raw materials specially for "Sulphar". Although the crisis mostly started later due to Corona Virus situation, its increase day by day which is beyond control. As the raw material is a petroleum bye product, the war between Russia and Ukraine caused prices to raise further. Price of raw materials imported from Middle east and Russia are increased much more than the previous year due to shortage of container, freight of ship, (cont. 2)

(ওয়াটাচেমের ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): বিশেষ করে "সালফার" এর কাঁচামাল। করোনাভাইরাস পরিস্থিতির কারণে সঙ্কট বেশিরভাগ সময় পরে শুরু হলেও দিন দিন এর বৃদ্ধি যা নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে। যেহেতু কাঁচামাল একটি পেট্রোলিয়াম বাই পণ্য, রাশিয়া এবং ইউক্রেনের মধ্যে যুদ্ধের কারণে দাম আরও বেড়েছে। কনটেইনার, মালবাহী জাহাজের ঘাটতির কারণে মধ্যপ্রাচ্য ও রাশিয়া থেকে আমদানি করা কাঁচামালের দাম আগের বছরের তুলনায় অনেক বেশি বেড়েছে (চলবে 2)
