WATACHEM Corporate Disclosure — 26 December 2024

Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has affirmed surveillance rating of the Company as "BBB" in the long term and "ST-3" in the short term along with a Stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to June 30, 2024, unaudited financial statements of 1st quarter of FY2025 as well as other relevant quantitative and qualitative information up to the date of rating.

ইমার্জিং ক্রেডিট রেটিং লিমিটেড (ECRL) দীর্ঘমেয়াদে "BBB" হিসাবে কোম্পানির নজরদারি রেটিং নিশ্চিত করেছে এবং স্বল্পমেয়াদে "ST-3" হিসাবে 30 জুন, 2024 পর্যন্ত নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতির উপর ভিত্তি করে একটি স্থিতিশীল দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি নিশ্চিত করেছে, অনিরীক্ষিত FY2025 এর 1ম ত্রৈমাসিকের আর্থিক বিবৃতি এবং সেইসাথে অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক পরিমাণগত এবং গুণগত রেটিং তারিখ পর্যন্ত তথ্য।
