WATACHEM Record Date Disclosure

The company has requested the members to update their respective BO accounts with e-TIN, Bank Account, mailing address, contact number through their respective Depository Participant (DP) before the "Record pate". Advance Income Tax (AIT) will be deducted from eligible cash dividend as per Govt. Rule, if any one fails to update his respective BO Account with the e-TIN before the Record Date. কোম্পানি সদস্যদের "রেকর্ড পেমেন্ট" এর আগে তাদের নিজ নিজ ডিপোজিটরি অংশগ্রহণকারী (ডিপি) এর মাধ্যমে ই-টিআইএন, ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্ট, মেইলিং ঠিকানা, যোগাযোগ নম্বর সহ তাদের নিজ নিজ বিও অ্যাকাউন্ট আপডেট করার জন্য অনুরোধ করেছে। রেকর্ড ডেটের আগে যদি কেউ তার নিজ নিজ বিও অ্যাকাউন্ট ই-টিআইএন দিয়ে আপডেট করতে ব্যর্থ হন, তাহলে সরকারি নিয়ম অনুসারে অগ্রিম আয়কর (এআইটি) যোগ্য নগদ লভ্যাংশ থেকে কেটে নেওয়া হবে। সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্রোকারেজ হাউসগুলিকে একটি বিবৃতি (চলমান) প্রদান করার জন্যও অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
