The Company has provided a clarification on calculation of stock dividend for the year 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 which is as follows: "Refer the PSI on 04 September 2017 the Board of Western Marine Shipyard Limited has proposed 10% and 12% of stock dividend for the year 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 respectively i.e. the accumulated stock dividend was mentioned as 22% for the years as mentioned which was duly circulated to the investors.
