The Company has informed that they have taken initiatives to hold the AGM for the year 2016. In this connection, they have filed an application (being Company matter No. 96 of 2017) dated 23.03.2017 before the Honorable High Court Division of Bangladesh Supreme Court under section 81 and 85(3) of the Companies Act, 1994 for condoning delay in holding AGM for the year ended on June, 2016. In this regard, Honorable Court fixed the matter for hearing on 08.05.2017.
