YPL Corporate Disclosure — 23 January 2022

(Continuation news of YPL): In responses your different letters, our decelerations and management statements in Annual Reports we have mentioned company are facing working capital crises in last 4 years. All are well known that the worldwide pandemic COVID-19 has been affected seriously in the entire sector of the world, Yeakin Polymer Limited not out of this disaster. Due to this pandemic in March-June 2021 our one of Director and two workers have expired, (cont. 2)
