In response to a DSE query, the company has informed that they do not have material changes that might have impact on the profit or operational movement in production line of the company. However, the company has also informed that as per BSEC consent on 12 May 2022 regarding transfer of 22,193,745 Sponsor/Director Shares, the company is working on transferring the shares which is still under process.
