(Continuation news of YPL): 1,573,906 shares of Ms. Maliha Parvin, 1,561,415 shares of Mr. S.M Moniruzzaman, 1,474,599 shares of Mrs. Subrina Samsad, 1,475,481 shares of Mr. SK. Jamil Hossain and 274,809 shares of Mr. Kazi Emdadul Haque of Yeakin Polymer Ltd. to Kapita Packaging Solutions through outside the trading system of the Exchanges at a negotiated price of taka 10 (ten) each share as per Share Purchase Agreement (SPA).
