Refer to the earlier news of the Company disseminated by DSE on 29.05.2023, the company has informed that BSEC has issued final consent on transferring sponsors group shares of Yeakin Polymer Limited to Kapita Packaging Solutions Limited, Mr. Chaklader Rezaunul Alam, Mr. Mohammad Harunor Rashid and Mr. Didarul Alam. The company has also added that they are working for execution of the transfer according to BSEC consent & other applicable rules & regulations.

29.05.2023 তারিখে ডিএসই দ্বারা প্রচারিত কোম্পানির পূর্বের খবরটি পড়ুন, কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে BSEC ইয়েকিন পলিমার লিমিটেডের স্পনসর গ্রুপের শেয়ার কাপিতা প্যাকেজিং সলিউশন লিমিটেডের কাছে হস্তান্তরের বিষয়ে চূড়ান্ত সম্মতি দিয়েছে, জনাব চাকলাদার রেজাউনুল আলম, জনাব মোহাম্মদ হারুনর রশীদ ও জনাব দিদারুল আলম। কোম্পানিটি আরও যোগ করেছে যে তারা BSEC সম্মতি এবং অন্যান্য প্রযোজ্য নিয়ম ও প্রবিধান অনুযায়ী স্থানান্তর সম্পাদনের জন্য কাজ করছে।
