The Company has informed that A.M. Badruzzaman Khashroo, Sponsor Director of the company passed away on 11.07.2018. At the time of his death, his total holding was 1,34,32,000 shares. Subsequently, adding bonus shares, the holding became 1,47,75,200 shares.
