The Company has informed that they have increased their authorized capital from Tk. 1,000.00 million to Tk. 4,000.00 million with 300 million Ordinary Shares and 100 million Preference shares, of Tk. 10.00 each, by altering Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company with the consent of the Shareholders in the 1st EGM held on June 15, 2016. This has been approved by the RJSC.
