With reference to their earlier news (disseminated by DSE on 28.04.2016), regarding Dividend Declaration, the Company has further informed that the AGM which was scheduled to be held on 15.06.2016 has been postponed to comply with the provision of Section 9 of the Finance Act, 2015 as per BSEC Directive No. SEC/SRMIC/2011/1240/445 dated April 27, 2016. The new date and time of the AGM will be announced later.
