The Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, inter alia, has decided to issue 55,000,000 Non-Convertible Preference shares of Tk. 10.00 each for an amount of Tk. 55.00 crore only to strengthen the Tier-II Capital of the Company subject to approval of the members of the Company and the Regulatory Authorities. The record date will be on 09.05.2016. The date, time and venue of the General Meeting will be notified later on.
