(Continuation of news of ZAHEENSPIN - Q3): It is to be noted that the said EPS has been calculated based on weighted average Pre-IPO paid-up number of shares i.e. 52,800,000 shares for both periods. However, considering Post-IPO 64,800,000 number of shares, Companys basic EPS would be Tk. 0.99 for 9 (nine) months ended on 30 September 2014 (Jan 2014 to Sep 2014) and NAV per share would be Tk. 12.30 as on 30 September 2014.
