As per consent of BSEC, trading of the shares shall be suspended from 07.11.2019 and 11.11.2019, Trading of the shares of the Company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transactions will also be settled as per Spot settlement cycle from 04.11.2019 to 06.11.2019 and 12.11.2019 to 19.11.2019 instead of 04.11.2019 to 17.11.2019 Trading of the shares of the Company will remain suspended on record date i.e., 20.11.2019 instead of 18.11.2019.
