(Continuation news of ZAHINTEX): II. According to Bangladesh Labor Act 2006, Bangladesh Labor Act (amended) 2018, Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015, the company yet to introduce employees benefit scheme i.e. Employees Provident Fund, Gratuity Fund and Employees Welfare fund. III. The company has maintained workers' Profit Participation Fund (WPPF). However, it has not maintained any separate bank account for the maintenance of the fund. (cont.2)
