(Continuation news of ZEALBANGLA): a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. The financial statements do not adequately disclose this matter. 2. During the year the Company did not calculate any deferred tax. The company have not filled for tax assessment for several years.
