The auditor of the Zeal Bangla Sugar Mills Ltd. has given the "Qualified Opinion" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the year ended on 30 June, 2021. Qualified Opinion: Basis for qualified opinion: 1. The Net Asset Value and Retained earnings of the company is negative and from our observation it looks like the company have not been able to generate profit for few years.
