With reference to their earlier news (disseminated by DSE on 25.08.15), the Company has further informed that Bangladesh Bank has issued a NOC in favor of raising Tier - II capital by AB Bank Limited, amounting to Tk. 400.00 crore only through issuance of 7 years Non - Convertible, Unsecured, Fully - redeemable, Coupon (range 11.50% - 13.50% or as fixed by the regulators) bearing AB Bank Subordinated Bond - II through Private Placement.
