(Correction): The Company has informed that Mrs. Lutfunnessa Ahmed a Folio shareholder (General) of the company passed away on 26.08.2020. Her 2,56,694 shares out of holding 3,42,258 shares (Folio) will be transmitted to her successor Mr. Shajir Ahmed, one of the Nominated Directors of the company according to the Succession Certificate issued by the Honorable Court.
