(Continuation news of ABBANK): The Company also informed that i) Bonus shares have been declared to increase the paid-up Capital of the Company and the retained amount will be used to strengthen the Capital base which will help the Company to increase business capacity. ii) Bonus Shares is declared out of accumulated profit.
