ABBANK Dividend Disclosure

(Continuation news of ABBANK): as against Tk. 0.83, Tk. 29.69 and Tk. 2.95 respectively for the year ended December 31, 2021. Disclosures on recommendation of stock dividend: i) Stock Dividend has been recommended to increase the paid-up Capital of the Bank and the Retained amount will be used to strengthen the Capital base which will help the Bank to increase business capacity. ii) Stock Dividend is declared out of current year's profit. (ABBANK-এর ধারাবাহিক খবর): টাকার বিপরীতে 0.83, টাকা 29.69 এবং টাকা 31 ডিসেম্বর, 2021 সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য যথাক্রমে 2.95। স্টক লভ্যাংশের সুপারিশের বিষয়ে প্রকাশ: i) স্টক লভ্যাংশ ব্যাংকের পরিশোধিত মূলধন বাড়ানোর জন্য সুপারিশ করা হয়েছে এবং ধরে রাখা পরিমাণ মূলধনের ভিত্তি শক্তিশালী করতে ব্যবহার করা হবে যা সাহায্য করবে ব্যবসায়িক সক্ষমতা বাড়াতে ব্যাংক। ii) চলতি বছরের মুনাফার বাইরে স্টক ডিভিডেন্ড ঘোষণা করা হয়। (চলমান 2)
