The Company has further informed that, due to declaration of public holidays in relation to COVID-19 by the Government, the Board meeting as per LR 19(1), scheduled to be held on March 28, 2020 at 4:00 PM, to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the years ended on June 30, 2018 and 2019 as per judgment and order of the Honorable High Court division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, has been postponed. New date and time of the meeting will be notified later on.
