The Company has informed that, in pursuant to the approval of shareholders in the EGM held on December 05, 2016, the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on July 29, 2017 considered the following: "The Company has acquired 209.65 decimal lands through saf-kabla and binanama at Dhamrai, Dhaka at a cost of approximately Tk. 7.00 crore. Due to project shifting, the Production will remain suspended."
