With reference to the earlier news disseminated by DSE dated October 26, 2016 the company has further informed that the Board of Directors has decided the following: (1) Accepted the Sanction Advice of Southeast Bank Ltd. for the full and final settlement of loan liability to be paid to them from the sale proceeds of the factory land.
