The Company has informed that pursuant to the Directive issued by the BSEC dated April 27, 2016 to follow uniform income year from July to June with effect from July 01, 2016 in compliance with the provision of the Finance Act. 2015, the Board of Director has postponed their AGM. In compliance to the aforesaid Directive the consolidated balance-sheet for 18 months with effect from January 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016 be prepared and audited.
