BNICL Corporate Disclosure — 30 September 2026

Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has assigned Surveillance rating of the Company as "AAA" in the long term and "ST-1" in the short term along with a Stable outlook based on annual report from 2022 to 2025, six months unaudited financial statements till June 30, 2026 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.

ইমার্জিং ক্রেডিট রেটিং লিমিটেড (ECRL) ২০২২ থেকে ২০২৫ সাল পর্যন্ত বার্ষিক প্রতিবেদন, ৩০ জুন, ২০২৬ পর্যন্ত ছয় মাসের নিরীক্ষাবিহীন আর্থিক বিবরণী এবং রেটিং প্রদানের তারিখ পর্যন্ত অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক পরিমাণগত ও গুণগত তথ্যের উপর ভিত্তি করে কোম্পানিটিকে দীর্ঘমেয়াদে "AAA" এবং স্বল্পমেয়াদে "ST-1" সারভেইল্যান্স রেটিং প্রদান করেছে এবং এর সাথে একটি স্থিতিশীল দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি (Stable outlook) যুক্ত করেছে।
