Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the proposed name and trading code change of the Company. Accordingly, the name of the Company will be 'Bangladesh National Insurance PLC' instead of 'Bangladesh National Insurance Company Limited' and DSE Trading Code for Bangladesh National Insurance PLC will be "BNIPLC" instead of "BNICL" with effect from October 12, 2026. Other information (except name and trading code) will remain unchanged.
