In response to a DSE query, regarding clarification on recent news published in the online newspaper on "Existence Crisis of Emerald Oil", the company has given the following response: "Our Company had been facing the problem since the suit of Dudok regarding loan of Basic Bank. As a result management of the Company is facing some difficulties on that period. But at present, we are looking forward and very hopeful to bounce back to the business within a short period. (cont.)
