Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on February 26, 2023 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the Record Date for corporate declarations of the year ended 30 June, 2017, 2018 and 2019 is on March 23, 2023. The company has also informed that they have applied to the Honorable Supreme Court of Bangladesh (High Court Division) for permission to conduct AGM. When the Honorable Court provides its approval, they will notify the date of the AGM.
