EMERALDOIL Board Meeting on 1 June 2023

As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on June 01, 2023 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30 of 2020, 2021 and 2022. The company has also informed that it has obtained permission from the Supreme Court of Bangladesh (High Court Division) to hold AGM for the year ended June 30 of (cont.)

ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (লিস্টিং) রেগুলেশন, 2015 এর রেগুলেশন 19(1) অনুসারে, কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে 01 জুন, 2023 তারিখে বিকাল 3:00 টায় পরিচালনা পর্ষদের একটি সভা অন্যান্যদের মধ্যে বিবেচনা করার জন্য অনুষ্ঠিত হবে, 2020, 2021 এবং 2022 সালের 30 জুন সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য কোম্পানির নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী। কোম্পানিটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে এটি 30 জুন শেষ হওয়া বছরের জন্য এজিএম করার জন্য বাংলাদেশের সুপ্রিম কোর্ট (হাইকোর্ট বিভাগ) থেকে অনুমতি পেয়েছে। (চলবে)
