EMERALDOIL Corporate Disclosure — 15 June 2023

(Continuation news of EMERALDOIL): to establish a Workers Profit Participation Fund (WPPF). The law mandates that a company must allocate five percent (5%) of its Net Profit to the Workers Profit Participation Fund, Welfare Fund, and Bangladesh Worker's Welfare Foundation Fund, with a distribution ratio of 80:10:10. The payment should be made within nine (9) months after the end of each fiscal year. The company did not make any payment within the stipulated time (cont.23)

(EMERALDOIL-এর ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): একটি শ্রমিক লাভের অংশগ্রহণ তহবিল (WPPF) প্রতিষ্ঠা করা। আইনটি বাধ্যতামূলক যে একটি কোম্পানিকে অবশ্যই তার নেট লাভের পাঁচ শতাংশ (5%) শ্রমিক লাভ অংশগ্রহণ তহবিল, কল্যাণ তহবিল এবং বাংলাদেশ শ্রমিক কল্যাণ ফাউন্ডেশন তহবিলে বরাদ্দ করতে হবে, যার বিতরণ অনুপাত 80:10:10। প্রতিটি অর্থবছর শেষ হওয়ার পর নয় (9) মাসের মধ্যে অর্থপ্রদান করতে হবে। কোম্পানি নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে কোনো অর্থ প্রদান করেনি (চলবে 23)
