The auditor of Emerald Oil Industries Ltd. has given the "Qualified Opinion" & "Emphasis of Matters" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the year ended June 30, 2021. Basis for Qualified Opinion: 1. As disclosed in note# 5 Property, plant & equipment are at a written down value (WDV) of Taka 478,746,658 as on 30 June 2021.
