(Continuation news of EMERALDOIL): 2. No revaluation of Property, Plant & Equipment was carried out till 30th June 2021 to determine the fair value as per IAS-16. 3. Trade and Other Receivables of Taka 1,556,653,675 (Ref. note # 7.00) were shown as receivable from Mr. Syed Hasibul Gani Galib, Ex-Managing Director of the Company for the credit sales that were made during his tenure. IAS-16 অনুযায়ী ন্যায্য মূল্য নির্ধারণের জন্য 30 জুন 2021 পর্যন্ত সম্পত্তি, উদ্ভিদ ও সরঞ্জামের কোনো পুনর্মূল্যায়ন করা হয়নি। 3. 1,556,653,675 টাকার ট্রেড এবং অন্যান্য প্রাপ্য (রেফ. নোট # 7.00) জনাব সৈয়দ হাসিবুল গনি গালিবের কাছ থেকে প্রাপ্য হিসাবে দেখানো হয়েছে, কোম্পানির প্রাক্তন ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক তার মেয়াদে ক্রেডিট বিক্রির জন্য। কারণ কোম্পানী পক্ষগুলির কাছ থেকে উল্লিখিত প্রাপ্যগুলি সংগ্রহ করতে পারেনি (প্রসঙ্গ 5)
