EMERALDOIL Corporate Disclosure — 19 June 2023

(Continuation news of EMERALDOIL): 7. As disclosed in note # 13 in the year 2020-2021 an amount of Taka 65,027,102 was shown as deferred tax liability in the statement of financial position and Taka 7,460,511 as deferred tax expense in the statement of profit or loss and other comprehensive income. The accuracy of the calculation of the said deferred tax liability and expense could not be confirmed due to the non-availability of the latest tax assessment order. (cont.11)
