EMERALDOIL Corporate Disclosure — 19 June 2023

(Continuation news of EMERALDOIL): Bank transfer to its employees which are disclosed in notes # 20.01 & 21.00 (Salary & Allowance). Moreover, we also noticed various noncompliance's with ITO 1984 & Rules as follows: a. In applicable cases, salary tax was not deducted at source and not deposited to the govt. treasury; b. The statement of 'Information regarding payment of salary' was not furnished to DCT in accordance with Section 108 of Income Tax Ordinance (cont.19)
