(Continuation news of EMERALDOIL): allowance expenses as per tax rate. Emphasis of Matters: Without qualifying our opinion, we draw attention to this following: 1. As per Section 81 of The Companies Act 1994, every company shall hold an AGM each year. As per Section 82 if the default is made in holding a meeting of the Company, the company and every officer of the company who is in default shall be punishable". (cont.21)
