(Continuation news of EMERALDOIL): But the company could not hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) since December 2016. 2. As per Section 36 of The Companies Act 1994 "Annual Summary of Share Capital and List of Shareholders and Directors to be filed within 21 days of an Annual General Meeting (AGM) to RJSC." But the company management did not comply with the aforesaid section of the Companies Act 1984. (cont.22)
