(Continuation news of EMERALDOIL): 3. The company management could not provide us with the latest Tax Assessment Status of the company for our verification, so we could not determine the actual tax liability of the company. The company did not submit the Income Tax Return of the company since the income year 2014-2015 as per section 75 (1) of the Income Tax Ordinance 1984. Further, the company provided us with a Tax Assessment Certificate (cont.23)
