(Continuation news of EMERALDOIL): Welfare Fund, and Bangladesh Worker's Welfare Foundation Fund, with a distribution ratio of 80:10:10. The payment should be made within nine (9) months after the end of each fiscal year. The company did not make any payment within the stipulated time since the year 2015-2016 in accordance with the abovementioned Law. 5.
