(Continuation news of EMERALDOIL): The authenticity and existence of property, plant and equipment could not be verified due to the non-availability of the fixed assets register (Soft or hard copy). 2. No revaluation of Property, Plant and Equipment was carried out till 30th June 2022 to determine the fair value as per IAS-16. 3. The evidence with respect to inventory having a carrying amount of Taka 70,375,466.00 was limited as we could not observe the physical inventory count as of 30 June 2022. (cont.2)
