(Continuation news of EMERALDOIL): All bank accounts remained in dormant mode. Therefore, there was no other way to maintain a separate bank account in the name of Emerald Oil Industries Limited. Furthermore, we tried to activate the bank account by changing the previous signatories in this context. However, this process was delayed as we have not been able to update Form-XII from the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms ('RJSC') (cont.11)
