EMERALDOIL Corporate Disclosure — 21 June 2023

(Continuation news of EMERALDOIL): 10. The company did not show any financial expenses in the financial statements against interest on Long Term loans from Banks and NBFIs in 2021-2022. If the company would have charged interest on Long Term Loan, the loss and the loan liability of the company would have been increased to that extent. The matter of non-charging of interest has been disclosed in note-14 of the financial statements. (cont.19)

(EMERALDOIL-এর ধারাবাহিক খবর): 10. কোম্পানিটি 2021-2022 সালে ব্যাংক এবং NBFIs থেকে দীর্ঘমেয়াদী ঋণের সুদের বিপরীতে আর্থিক বিবরণীতে কোনো আর্থিক ব্যয় দেখায়নি। যদি কোম্পানি দীর্ঘমেয়াদী ঋণের উপর সুদ ধার্য করত, তাহলে কোম্পানির ক্ষতি এবং ঋণের দায় সেই পরিমাণে বৃদ্ধি পেত। সুদ না নেওয়ার বিষয়টি আর্থিক বিবরণীর নোট-১৪-এ প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে। (চলমান 19)
