(Continuation news of EMERALDOIL): respectively in cash instead of A/C Payee cheque or Bank transfer to its employees which are disclosed in notes no. 21.05 and 22.00 (Salary and Allowance). Moreover, we also noticed various noncompliances with ITO 1984 and Rules as follows: a. In applicable cases, salary tax was not deducted at source and not deposited to the govt. treasury; b. The statement of 'Information regarding payment of salary' (cont.21)
