EMERALDOIL Corporate Disclosure — 21 June 2023

(Continuation news of EMERALDOIL): was not furnished to DCT in accordance with Section 108 of Income Tax Ordinance 1984 as per the prescribed Form. c. The statement of 'Information regarding the filing of return by employees' was not furnished to DCT in accordance with Section 108A Income Tax Ordinance 1984 as per the prescribed Form. Due to non-deduction of salary tax and the non-furnish of aforesaid statements, (cont.22)
