(Continuation news of EMERALDOIL): Profit Participation Fund (WPPF). The law mandates that a company must allocate five percent (5%) of its Net Profit to the Workers Profit Participation Fund, Welfare Fund, and Bangladesh Worker's Welfare Foundation Fund, with a distribution ratio of 80:10:10. The payment should be made within nine (9) months after the end of each fiscal year. (cont.27)

(EMERALDOIL এর ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): লাভ অংশগ্রহণ তহবিল (WPPF)। আইনটি বাধ্যতামূলক যে একটি কোম্পানিকে অবশ্যই তার নেট লাভের পাঁচ শতাংশ (5%) শ্রমিক লাভ অংশগ্রহণ তহবিল, কল্যাণ তহবিল এবং বাংলাদেশ শ্রমিক কল্যাণ ফাউন্ডেশন তহবিলে বরাদ্দ করতে হবে, যার বিতরণ অনুপাত 80:10:10। প্রতিটি অর্থবছর শেষ হওয়ার পর নয় (9) মাসের মধ্যে অর্থ প্রদান করা উচিত। (চলবে 27)
