The auditor of Emerald Oil Industries Ltd. has given the "Qualified Opinion" and "Emphasis of Matter" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the year ended June 30, 2017. "Basis for Qualified Opinion: Tax deducted at source and VAT deducted at source was not at all complied with when making payment for expenditures. Total expenditures included the purchase of raw materials, factory overhead, administrative, selling & distribution expense. (cont.1)
