(Continuation news of EMERALDOIL): A non- compliance with the Income Tax Ordinance 1984 and VAT Act 2012. Deferred tax of Taka 60,029,619 (Ref Note # 14), the liability amount could not be confirmed due to non-availability of details of tax base.
