The company has informed that it has received the consent letter from Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission for raising paid up capital of the Company from existing BDT 59,71,35,000 to BDT 91,27,20,040 only through issuance of 3,15,58,504 ordinary shares of Tk. 10 each totaling Tk. 31,55,85,040 only to Minori Bangladesh Limited in cash consideration against share money deposit as invested by Minori Bangladesh Ltd. কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে তারা শুধুমাত্র 3,15,58,504 সাধারণ ইস্যু করার মাধ্যমে কোম্পানির পরিশোধিত মূলধন বিদ্যমান 59,71,35,000 টাকা থেকে 91,27,20,040 টাকায় উন্নীত করার জন্য বাংলাদেশ সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশন থেকে সম্মতিপত্র পেয়েছে। টাকার শেয়ার 10 প্রতিটি মোট টাকা Minori Bangladesh Ltd দ্বারা বিনিয়োগকৃত শেয়ার মানি ডিপোজিটের বিপরীতে নগদ বিবেচনায় শুধুমাত্র মাইনরি বাংলাদেশ লিমিটেডকে 31,55,85,040 (চলবে)
